General Refund Rules:
As Brainwave is a charity, cash (or card) refunds are only offered for faulty items with a valid receipt returned within the required timeframe. Non-faulty items are eligible for credit notes, not cash refunds.
Eligibility for Cash or Card Refunds:
Cash refunds are only issued if the item is faulty.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the price tag intact and a valid receipt. Refunds can be processed at any Brainwave Charity Shop.
Credit Notes:
Credit Notes are issued for non-faulty items returned within 14 days at the Manager’s discretion. Credit Notes are valid for 30 days and can be used in any Brainwave Charity Shop. Part of a credit note can be spent and then a new validity date of another 30 days can be added. Brainwave may contact the Charity Shop where the Credit Note was issued to confirm its validity.
