Leaving a lasting gift

Having considered your commitments to family and friends, a charitable Will is an inspiring way to leave a lasting gift to a cause you feel passionate about – like helping children with disabilities.

Thanks to supporters leaving a gift in their Will, more vulnerable children with disabilities will be able to reach their potential with Brainwave’s specialist therapies. This is a painless way of donating but can make a world of difference.

Brainwave supporters can write a simple Will at no cost either at a local solicitor’s office, online or at home over the phone.

We have recently formed several partnerships that enable all supporters, families, staff, and volunteers to have their Wills written online, by phone or face-to-face with a local solicitor. This is open to all supporters, regardless of age or location.

Please read through the options, decide which service is best for you, then fill out the form below and tick your preferred method of Will writing.

Face-to-face

For those who would like to meet a local solicitor in person, we have joined the National Free Will Network which works with more than 800 solicitors nationwide. Once you have registered your basic details using the form below, the Network will get in touch with you by post to advise you how to contact participating solicitors close to your postcode.

As part of our legal partnership, Irwin Mitchell are offering a free Wills and legacy-giving service to all Brainwave clients, so you can ensure that both loved ones are provided for in the future and support the teams at Brainwave to help even more children.

Richard and Viv wanted to leave lasting gifts to Brainwave

It is important for my wife Viv and I to know that we can continue to support Brainwave long after we have gone, and that is why we each decided to leave a gift in our Wills. We feel it is the least we can do to help the children.
