Following the Government’s announcement of their ‘Roadmap out of Lockdown’, we wanted to let you know Brainwave’s plans for our services and activities in the coming weeks.

Therapy assessments

We are delighted to announce that we have returned to face-to-face assessments and our Team has been busy contacting families to rebook appointments. For those families unable to travel to a Centre our virtual therapy service, Brainwave Online, is available too.

Hydrotherapy pool 

The Hydrotherapy pool at our South West Centre will reopen from Monday 12 April for external groups.

Retail shops

We will be phasing the reopening of our retail shops from 12 April, see schedule below. Unfortunately, we have had to take the difficult decision to close five of our retail shops permanently.

These shops will be open Monday-Saturday, 9.30am – 4.30pm
